The MCU just returned to television thanks to the premiere of Loki, but the God of Mischief's story isn't the only one getting more exciting. The She-Hulk TV show is on the way to Disney+, and now a veteran of The Good Place has been cast to play the MCU's latest villain. Jameela Jamil, best known Tahani Al-Jamil, is on board She-Hulk to play a character who is bad news for Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters.

Jameela Jamil has joined She-Hulk to play a Marvel supervillain by the name of Titania, according to Variety, and this Titania definitely isn't out of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Titania possesses incredible strength, and as Marvel Comics fans know, is frequently included in She-Hulk stories as a rival, so she makes sense as a baddie for She-Hulk. That said, a different villain had been confirmed for She-Hulk long before the news broke about Jamil as Titania.

Tim Roth will reprise his role as Emil Blonsky/Abomination for the first time since The Incredible Hulk released back in 2008 as the second MCU film and only MCU film starring Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. Roth was one of the first cast members confirmed for She-Hulk, along with Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters and Mark Ruffalo as Hulk.

In addition to Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo, and Tim Roth, Jameela Jamil joins a cast filled out by Hamilton's Renée Elise Goldsberry and Ginger Gonzaga of Togetherness and Kidding fame. Neither Marvel Studios nor Disney have commented on the news of Jamil joining She-Hulk, and Jamil herself hasn't posted on social media about playing Titania at the time of writing.

While She-Hulk is described as a comedy series (and therefore probably likely to be quite different from the heartbreaking WandaVision), the Disney+ series should show off a side of Jameela Jamil that she didn't demonstrate on The Good Place, and not just because her performance as Tahani on the NBC sitcom definitely wasn't villainous. Even if Tahani did arguably earn herself a spot in The Bad Place!

The initial report of Jameela Jamil joining She-Hulk came from The Illuminerdi and stated that Titania was code-named "Lucy" for the sake of secrecy, and is a social media influencer in her 30s, described as a "Kardashian-esque" villain with a dark side. Whether or not this "Lucy" description proves to be accurate for the final version of Titania who debuts as part of She-Hulk remains to be seen.

Unfortunately, MCU fans shouldn't count on seeing Jameela Jamil as Titania opposite Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters any time too soon. She-Hulk isn't expected to premiere on Disney+ until 2022. The good news is that there is plenty of MCU TV action on the way in the meantime. Tom Hiddleston's Loki premiered on June 9 as the third Marvel Studios TV show to hit the streaming service, following WandaVision in January and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier in March.

Following Loki this summer will be What If...? as Marvel Studios' first animated series, focusing on different heroes and famous events being reimagined in some unexpected ways. Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye are both expected before the end of 2021 as well. So, while She-Hulk is still a ways off from introducing Jennifer Walters and Titania, there will be plenty of MCU heroes and villains to be found on Disney+.
