Over the past few years, television has become a place for film actors to dive deeply into a character, and get some serious acclaim in the process. HBO's Big Little Lies is a prime example, as it featured a stellar cast of actresses including Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Kravitz, and Meryl Streep. Fans of the Emmy winning show have been hoping that Season 3 might be coming, and now Nicole Kidman has spoke about this possibility.

Big Little Lies was based of the novel of the same name, with author Liane Moriarty brought in to help shape the story as the movie extended off the page for Season 2. Reese [Witherspoon] and I talk or text once a week. She’s just moved back to Nashville and we’re really close. We all just want to work together again. I texted Zoë [Kravitz] and Laura [Dern] and they’re in. [Writers] David [E. Kelley] and Liane have a really good idea for it. Watch this space!

Because while there's nothing confirmed about Big Littles Lies Season 3, it seems that the cast and crew are interested in returning to the series. We'll just have to see if the show gets the green light over at HBO, and if scheduling works out for the show's A+ cast.
