Kris Jenner 'Can't Believe' How Far Khloe Kardashian Went For Epic KUWTK Prank

Spoilers ahead for the Season 19 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on E!

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is back for Season 19, and the premiere saw Khloé Kardashian pull out all the stops along with Scott Disick to prank Kris Jenner. Pranks are nothing new when it comes to the Kardashians, but this was particularly elaborate, taking months of preparation, assists from everybody ranging from Kris' boyfriend to a publicist, and one very convincing set of photos. With the Season 19 premiere revealing the prank to KUWTK viewers, Kris shared her reaction to how far her daughter went.

First things first, though: the prank. It started when Khloé Kardashian (who clapped back at a fan earlier this year) decided to go above and beyond some previous pranks, and enlisted the help of Kim Kardashian in getting their mother drunk off of dirty martinis at dinner, while Khloé herself was secretly drinking water martinis. The goal was to get Kris so drunk that she wouldn't remember what happened next and make the staged photos believable.

And the photos were pretty believable! Khloé and Kim Kardashian got their hands on Kris Jenner's outfit from the night, and Khloé gave herself a Kris makeover (complete with wig and makeup) to look believably like her mom, at least from a distance, and distance was all they needed.

Khloé Kardashian, Scott Disick, and a photographer made their way to a liquor store to snap some "paparazzi" photos of Khloé as Kris, and Khloé's poses became more and more outlandish as the night wore on. With an open liquor bottle dangling from her hand, Khloé climbed into a dumpster, fake puked, and fake peed. Ah, family.

The next stage of the prank involved publicist Christy Welder, who called Kris Jenner to "warn" her about the photos that were supposedly leaked to TMZ. With Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick listening via speakerphone, Kris' longtime boyfriend Corey Gamble then joined in on the prank, telling Kris that they'd stopped at a liquor store so he could use the bathroom, and she was gone when he returned to the car.

Kris Jenner clearly believed the prank, as she revealed that she was "infuriated with Corey" as well as "embarrassed" and "mortified." When she and Corey arrived at Khloé's house, she was visibly stressed and upset, but trying to hold it in while the cameras were rolling. To quote Khloé, "it just turned really, really bad really soon," so she and Scott Disick came clean.

To their credit, their prank was so effective that Kris Jenner didn't immediately understand when they came clean and told her that Khloé Kardashian had dressed up and pretended to be Kris to stage the photos. At the time, Kris' response once she did get it was to tell them "I honestly don't like you guys anymore."

Now that some time has passed, Kris Jenner took to Twitter while the Season 19 premiere was airing to share that she can't believe one particular thing that Khloé Kardashian did to stage the pictures, and I can't say I disagree. Kris shared:

Of course, Kris Jenner did turn out to be a good sport about the prank after the shock wore off. On social media during the premiere, she tweeted an "I love you" to Khloé Kardashian, and followed it up with "How do they get me EVERY time!!?" All's well that ends well, I guess, and I for one was glad to see Kris' reaction. Call me crazy, but this one just seemed mean for most of the episode. Good thing I'm not a Kardashian!

The Kardashians won't be pulling their pranks on E! forever. Kris Jenner revealed earlier this month that the long-running Keeping Up Bith the Kardashians is going to end with Season 20 in 2021. The good news for fans is that there are still almost two full seasons to go before the show wraps; the bad news is that the end is in sight.

Rumors quickly began to circulate that the end is due to money, but KUWTK creator Ryan Seacrest revealed that "this was a very, very hard decision for them to make." And, of course, Paris Hilton had thoughts. For now, though, you can find new episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 19 on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on E!
