As she explains in the interview, Cyrus is at a pivotal point of self-reflection and self-discovery at the moment. The musician/actress is constantly trying to find her sound and what she wants to achieve in this world. The "Nothing Breaks Like A Heart" singer lost a great deal in the wildfire that caused several California residents to lose their homes -- and a few others to lose their lives. But she also found a rekindled romance with her fiancé and that allowed the couple to truly appreciate each other's company and finally get hitched.
The spark between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth has flickered throughout the past few years, and it has also died out a few times, but it came into bloom through tragic circumstances during the final months of 2018. Cyrus is thankful that she didn't lose her life, or lose any of the people she loves in this life, and she's hoping to rebuild her life as best she can with her new house and her new marriage to Liam Hemsworth. It will take some time to heal. But thankfully, she has found some good company to lift her spirits out of the rubble as she restructures her life.
Though it hasn't always been on stable ground, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship is now sturdier than ever. It's a shame, though, that their romance had to be given a second life through such devastating and deeply traumatic means.
