The surrogate child is one that the television personality has been preparing to welcome into his life throughout the past few months. Now that he has finally arrived, Cohen appears to be overjoyed with the new baby's arrival, and he wanted all of his followers to be introduced to the child. Additionally, Cohen also said:

WOW! This is my son,Benjamin Allen Cohen. He is9 lbs 2 ounces !!20 inches !! Born at 6:35 pm, PTHe is named after my grandfather Ben Allen. I’m in love. And speechless. And eternally grateful to an incredible surrogate. And I’m a dad. Wow.
