HeroBlend #47: James Gunn Returns To Guardians 3!

Welcome to HeroBlend #47! Eric and Adrienne have big news to discuss today, because James Gunn has returned to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3! We're also going to talk our dream team-ups for Avengers: Endgame, but first, we have a little announcement, a fan question from Twitter we want to address and, of course this week's news! Speaking of news, we have a lot of things to cover, including a Captain Marvel box office report, news on the Disney / Fox merger, who'll be leading the MCU going forward, the DC sequels that are supposedly not really sequels, the new issue the Flash movie is having, when The Batman should start filming and much more!

Now, it's time for the wonderful meat and potatoes of this edition of HeroBlend, because we get to talk about James Gunn's return to direct Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3! After a brief overview of the issue from last summer until last week when he was officially rehired by Disney, we'll then get into the questions we have about the big secret behind his return, when and how the decision was finally made, what this move means for the film, The Suicide Squad and the MCU as a whole. Then, we'll dive into our fantasy picks for the hero team-ups we'd like to see in Avengers: Endgame, so be sure to stick around! Now, sit back and relax, folks, because this is one chat you're not going to want to miss. Ready to dive in? Great! Listen for yourself above!
