Spider-Man’s Tom Holland Helped Another Person, This Time On A Plane

Peter's spider-sense in Infinity War

Tom Holland became a household name back in 2016, when his version of Peter/Parker Spider-Man debuted in theaters with Captain America: Civil War. Since then, Holland has gone on to reprise his role in four more movies, with Spider-Man: Far From Home set to arrive in a matter of days. While the 23-year-old actor is synonymous for accidentally spoiling contents of the MCU, he's also become somewhat of a real-life hero recently.

The Spider-Man: Far From Home star recently made headlines for helping a fan who was nearly crushed in a crowd frenzy. And it turns out that he also pulled a Peter Parker on a recent flight. Tom Holland recently explained the situation, saying:

I noticed this young lady was watching Spider-Man: Homecoming. And, you know, it was kind of cool. I was like 'Look! That lady's watching my movie.' And then this other lady walked past me, and I said to my brother, I went 'Dude, that lady looks so unwell.' And then all of the sudden, I heard this thud next to me, and I looked to my left, and this lady had passed out next to me. Like full-on, out cold.

Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions. While Tom Holland was on a flight and enjoying the fact that Spider-Man: Homecoming was available on the plane, it turns out that his real-life spidey sense began tingling. And his intuition was right, as another passenger quickly passed out.

This story came from Tom Holland's recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. While promoting his second solo movie Spider-Man: Far From Home, the subject of his real-life heroism eventually came up. While the sequel's trailers tease Spider-Man having some sort of conflict involving a Stark jet, the actor who plays Peter Parker was involved in his own high flying emergency.

Tom Holland went on to further explain the situation, saying:

So I jumped up, I was trying to -- I'm not a doctor, I'm an actor. I was like 'Ma'am, are you all right?!' So I was calling for a doctor, I was trying to clear her hair out of her face, check her airways and stuff. And this woman who was watching my film was looking at me. And she must have thought 'Wow, this kid just never stops!'

Well, at least Tom Holland has a good sense of humor about the whole thing. It looks like the woman who passed out ended up being ok, although the actor looked like a method actor to the other passenger who was watching Homecoming.

He ultimately comforted and helped guard her, while throwing the graphers' signed items to the floor. Talk about a hero.
